  They are usually better than a 2 but this last time I called in a to go order, i ordered 2 combo platters, shrimp, chicken, and ribs, when I arrived the hostess opens each plate and shows you what's in each plate I looked as she opened each box and made a comment there is only 2 small shrimp and 2 small pieces of chicken, she said oh no there should be 3 shrimp and she took off into the kitchen and had them cook 2 pieces of shrimp 1 for each platter. I waited 5 minutes for them to cook 2 pieces of shrimp when it was done she took the platter back to have the shrimp added. When I got home and started to eat I grabbed a chicken strip and I could not believe it the chicken was dry and shriveled up so bad I couldn't chew it, 2 small chicken strip and it was so bad you couldn't eat it, the shrimp was okay and the ribs (5 of them) were burned and hard as a rock were just as hard as the chicken, I never mentioned it to my wife I wanted to see if she noticed anything, she ask me if my ribs and chicken was like hers, she said she bet that shrimp and chicken had set out a couple of days and that was the best way to describe the food, I really wish I had thought to take a picture of it. I didn't say anything because I had complained one time before and the District manager gave me enough gift certificates to refund the whole meal and I felt like they would think I complain all the time so I give the food to my dog who turned his nose up and refused to eat it too. I don't like to complain but when you know they can do better because I've had way better, management needs to know where they can fix the problem. I will not call in another to go order, I will go during lunch or dinner and dine in maybe then the food will be hot and fresh. They really do have great food if you get hot fresh food, just don't order to go an hour before closing because they will give you yesterday's leftovers.
